He tested and make adjustments to my elderly (88 years old) uncle's hearing aids that made an immediate improvement. He explained things clearly. He told my uncle to evaluate his current hearings after the adjustment and if he thinks he thinks he needs more improvement, he would schedule a FREE hearing test and provide some options to consider. One option was to try a new set of hearings FREE for 45 days. If there was no measurable improve, the hearing aids could be returned FOR A FULL REFUND with no cost or "restocking" fees.
